In spring 2023, the entire Planetfan team took part in a series of training courses to improve their competences.

The Planetfan team took part in a series of training sessions. Among the training topics were: communication in relation to the improvement of production processes and service delivery. We also held a workshop on value stream mapping based on the VSM methodology. We practised standardisation of workstations and the warehouse, standardisation of working methods with Lean Manufacturing tools using the 5S methodology, Visual Management, taking into account instructions and work ergonomics.

In our constant pursuit of excellence, we are planning a two-day team-building trip for the whole team soon. We will be sure to share our impressions of the joint event.
